A very special pair of earrings featuring Star Rubies set in 18ct yellow gold. The asterism (6 pointed ‘star’) which can been seen in these rubies is caused by fine inclusions within the stone allowing light to roll across the surface in 3 crossed bands. A gently articulating setting sits below a curved stud earring, allowing the star to catch the light as you move. The richly coloured gold is the perfect pairing for such a warm reddish-pink gemstone.
